This Privacy Policy explains how RiverBit (https://riverbit.io) ("we", "us", or "our") processes personal data in connection with the website-hosted interface available at https://testnet.riverbit.io/ (the "Interface"). It applies to data we process when you access, connect a wallet to, or otherwise interact with the Interface. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use (https://testnet.riverbit.io/terms). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Interface.
We may process: (i) your wallet address and the on-chain transaction history associated with it, which you provide when you connect your wallet; (ii) approximate geolocation derived from your IP address; and (iii) technical and usage information collected automatically, such as device type, operating system, browser, language, the pages and API endpoints you access, and the date and time of access. If you contact us, we also process the content of your message and your contact details.
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and secure the Interface; to facilitate your connection to the protocol; to monitor for, prevent, and investigate abuse or security incidents; to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Interface; and to comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: the performance of our contract with you (to provide access to the Interface); our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Interface and to prevent abuse); your consent (for example, for optional analytics); and compliance with our legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for session management and security. We may also use optional analytics cookies to understand general usage patterns and improve the Interface. We do not use cookies for advertising.
