This website, available at https://testnet.riverbit.io/ (the "Interface"), is operated by RiverBit (https://riverbit.io) and provides a graphical means of accessing the RiverBit protocol, a decentralized perpetual-futures protocol whose transactions are executed and settled by an independent set of validators. The Interface is only one of several possible ways to access the protocol; it does not custody assets, match or settle trades, or control the underlying network. Markets displayed through the Interface are surfaced from on-chain activity and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by the operators of the Interface.
By accessing or using the Interface — including by connecting a wallet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (https://testnet.riverbit.io/privacyPolicy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Interface and must stop immediately.
You interact with the protocol through a non-custodial wallet that you alone control. The operators of the Interface never take custody of your assets and cannot move, freeze, recover them, or reverse any transaction. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, and any session credentials generated to sign transactions, as well as for every action taken through your address.
Trading leveraged perpetual contracts is inherently high-risk and may result in the rapid, and potentially total, loss of your funds, including through forced liquidation. You further acknowledge the risks inherent in decentralized systems, including, without limitation, software or smart-contract defects, oracle failures, cross-chain bridge failures, network congestion or downtime, validator misbehavior, and extreme price volatility. Evaluating these risks and any decision to transact is your sole responsibility, and you accept that you do so entirely at your own risk.
You agree not to use, and not to help any other person use, the Interface or the protocol for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: market manipulation such as wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated schemes; exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior; circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access restriction; money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; infringing the intellectual-property or other rights of others; deploying malware or conducting denial-of-service or other attacks; and using bots or automated methods that disrupt the normal operation of the Interface or the protocol.
The Interface itself does not charge a fee for access; however, you may incur network or protocol fees when you transact, and you are solely responsible for paying them. The cost and speed of blockchain transactions are variable and may change at any time. Transactions submitted to the protocol are irreversible, and the operators are not responsible for errors you make, including sending to an incorrect address or submitting incorrect transaction parameters.
All information made available through the Interface is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Interface is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision, and you are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Interface for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Interface except as expressly permitted.
The Interface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. The operators do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information displayed through it is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Interface or your interaction with the protocol. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators and their affiliates from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
